Position Summary
Cal-Nevada Road Solutions, a FirstLine Road Solutions company, is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused
Customer Service & Office Coordinator to support our growing operation. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers while providing administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions regarding services and scheduling.
- Schedule automotive services, including tire services and vehicle repairs.
- Learn and utilize dispatching software to process customer payments and support daily operations.
- Prepare customer invoices using the shop management system.
- Coordinate service appointments and communicate scheduling updates with customers and technicians.
- Process customer payments accurately and maintain proper financial records.
- Prepare daily financial paperwork and documentation for submission to the corporate accounting office.
- Maintain organized customer files and office records.
- Keep the office clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Previous customer service, administrative, automotive, or dispatch experience is preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience
- Automotive repair or towing industry experience.
- Experience using dispatching or shop management software.
- Cash handling or payment processing experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
