  • Drive deposit growth through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
  • Lead relationships for high-level, complex client opportunities while enhancing client engagement.
  • Act as an escalation point for commercial and treasury management issues.
  • Support deposit business development through prospect calls and presentations.
  • Assist with treasury management product implementation and support ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate annual reviews for commercial clients and ensure adherence to pricing, risk, and compliance.
  • Partner with the Market President on office operations, approvals, reporting, and risk management.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of bank products, wealth planning, investments, and trust services.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (experience may substitute).
  • 7-10 years of client-facing banking experience required.
  • 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Expertise in teller functions, client services, deposit accounts, treasury management, and banking regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Knowledge of tax laws, banking regulations, and company policies.
  • Notary commission required within 90 days of hire.
What We Offer

  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:

    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)
    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.
  • Access to training and professional development programs.
