Job description

Firetrol Protection Systems, founded in 1984, is a national leader in fire protection and life safety services. We are seeking experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians to join our dynamic team to help safeguard communities through superior fire protection systems maintenance and service.

As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will perform inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance on various fire sprinkler systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring these systems are operational and compliant with safety standards to protect lives and property.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, including backflow devices and fire pump basics.
  • Proficient understanding of NFPA 13, 20, and 24 code requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance efficiently using appropriate trade tools.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fire sprinkler service or related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret fire system design drawings.
  • Clear background check and the ability to pass required drug screenings.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to build positive client relationships.
