Job Title: HVAC Technician (Commercial/Industrial)

Location: Buffalo (Orchard Park, NY) and Erie, PA (On-site)

Type: Fulltime

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience servicing equipment such as rooftop units (RTUs), boilers, chillers, air handlers, ventilation systems, and HVAC controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on commercial/industrial equipment.
• Install, test, and commission HVAC systems and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• EPA Certification and HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
