Health & Safety Manager (Relocation to Cornwall Required)

We are currently seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Cornwall, Ontario. This is a key leadership role where you will take ownership of health, safety, and compliance across a busy production environment, ensuring best-in-class safety standards are maintained and continuously improved.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing setting, is confident working within a unionized environment, and is open to relocating for a long-term career move.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and maintaining full Health & Safety programs across a manufacturing site
  • Ensuring compliance with all provincial and federal regulations
  • Working closely with operations and leadership teams to drive a strong safety culture
  • Managing incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Engaging with union representatives and supporting a collaborative workplace approach
  • Driving continuous improvement in safety systems and practices
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience working in a unionized setting
  • Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and influence across all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to relocate to Cornwall, Ontario
  • Ability to work 5 days on-site in Cornwall
