About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Founder. You’ll work closely with the founder and recruiting team and play an important role in keeping the office and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct administrative support to the founder
• Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and appointments
• Assist with email correspondence and follow-ups
• Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, and internal materials
• Handle basic data entry and maintain accurate records
• Personal assistant duties as needed
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise
• Manage our CRM (Loxo)

Qualifications:

• Prior Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager experience (ideal candidate will have experience in roles that blend these titles)

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience on small teams
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative
• Experience in roles that blend Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Office Manager responsibilities
