About Us

Fine Line International is a busy, established collision repair facility in Miami specializing in high-quality auto body and paint work. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Paint Prep Technician to our team.


We have a steady flow of work and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and wants to earn good money in a production-based environment.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles and parts for paint
  • Sand, feather-edge, mask, and clean panels
  • Prime and block sand repairs
  • Assist the painter in maintaining production flow
  • Perform final cleaning and preparation before paint
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow shop procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Paint Prep Technician in a collision repair shop is required
  • Knowledge of sanding, masking, priming, and paint preparation procedures
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Language Skills

English and Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

The majority of our employees and many of our customers speak Spanish, so bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
