What You’ll Do
As a Purchase Advisor, you’ll be the single point of contact for your guests, from greeting to delivery. Your job is to create a world-class experience that’s modern, respectful, and seamless. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers both online and in-store with professionalism and authenticity
- Conducting needs assessments, product presentations, and test drives
- Using Drive Centric CRM to follow up with prospects, appointments, and active customers
- Presenting lease and finance options transparently with clarity
- Introducing protection products and accessories with genuine value-based selling
- Coordinating delivery, follow-up, and post-sale customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience required: retail or customer-facing roles highly encouraged
- Automotive retail experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for helping people and solving problems
- A desire to grow personally and professionally
- Comfort with digital tools and customer engagement technology
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
