Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse in a UK Nursing Home We are currently seeking a highly skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our compassionate team of caregivers in a UK nursing home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct care and support to residents, which includes administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident
  • Supervising and managing care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents
  • Following all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required
  • Managing emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift

Key Requirements:

  • NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • A compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs
