• .Project Leadership: Take ownership of special projects—from company offsites to operational rollouts, seeing them from conception to completion and mastering the communications of such
• .Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, acting with impeccable judgment, tact, and professionalism
• Strategic Calendar & Inbox Management: Own and optimize his executive schedule, ruthlessly prioritizing high-impact tasks and anticipating needs before they arise
• .Meeting & Travel Mastery: Coordinate complex domestic/international travel planning and prepare agendas, briefings, and materials so the executive is always set up for success
