The SVP, Account Director is a bold agency leader, culture carrier, and trusted partner to executive-level clients. This role shapes the future of key accounts—driving smart strategy, meaningful growth, and work that makes an impact.

You don’t just manage business—you energize it. You build momentum, inspire teams, and create an environment where collaboration thrives and great ideas win.

Responsibilities
  • Own and grow senior-level client relationships, becoming a go-to strategic voice at the table.
  • Set the tone and vision for complex, multichannel accounts—pushing for work that’s brave, smart, and effective.
  • Champion a high-performance, no-silos culture where collaboration and accountability go hand in hand.
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate senior account leaders—building strong teams and future agency talent
  • Drive organic growth and new business, spotting opportunities before they’re obvious.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure strategy, creative, and execution are seamless and commercially sound
  • Oversee account financial health, balancing ambition with operational discipline.
  • Contribute to agency-wide initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and long-term vision

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of pharmaceutical advertising and/or agency experience
  • Proven experience leading large, complex accounts and senior client relationships.
  • Track record of driving growth, managing budgets, and delivering results.
  • Skilled at mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communicator and confident presenter across disciplines and leadership levels.
  • Strategic thinker who can turn business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical advertising agencies a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Pay Range- $ 215,000 - $235,000
