M3 Staffing is currently recruiting Concession Stand Servers for an upcoming FIFA event at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver. This is a great opportunity to work at a world-class sporting event while earning competitive wages in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will provide food and beverage service to guests while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the event.


Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in concession areas
  • Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Follow food safety and venue policies
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service
  • Assist with setup, restocking, and closing duties as required


Requirements

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Valid Serving It Right (SIR) Certification is required
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional


FIFA Accreditation Requirements

All successful applicants must complete a FIFA accreditation application before being approved to work the event.

Applicants will be required to provide:

  • Legal first and last name exactly as shown on government-issued ID
  • Valid email address
  • Valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's Licence, BC ID, PR Card, Indigenous Status Card, etc.)
  • Identification must remain valid beyond July 19, 2026
  • Passport-style photo

Important: FIFA accreditation invitations are individual and cannot be shared. Applications with incorrect information may be delayed until corrections are submitted and approved.
