Fiesta Meats

Fiesta Meats is looking for a motivated, dependable person who wants to build a career in the meat business.

This is a unique position combining sales, customer service, and hands-on training inside our USDA-inspected meat processing facility.

The right person will spend part of their time working inside Fiesta Meats learning our products and meat processing operation and part of their time outside the plant developing customers, making sales calls, and delivering Fiesta Meats products.

We are willing to train the right person.

You will help Fiesta Meats by calling on:

• Restaurants
• Grocery Stores
• Meat Markets
• Convenience Stores
• Caterers
• Food-service businesses
• Other retail and wholesale customers

You will develop relationships with existing customers while actively looking for new accounts and opportunities to sell Fiesta Meats Products.

You will learn our products well enough to discuss different beef cuts, packaging options, pricing, availability and customer needs.

You will also help deliver fresh and frozen Fiesta Meats products to customers throughout our sales territory.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading products, checking orders, maintaining proper product temperatures, obtaining delivery documentation, and representing Fiesta Meats professionally at every customer location.

When not making sales calls or deliveries, you will work inside the Fiesta Meats facility and learn the meat processing business from the ground up.

Depending on experience and training this may include learning:

• Meat cuts and product identification
• Cutting and processing
• Grinding and packaging
• vacuum packaging and labeling
• Order preparation
• Inventory
• Cooler and freezer operations
• Food safety and sanitation
• USDA-inspected processing procesure
• Customer order fulfillment
