Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Nutrition & Wellness Advocate
Position Type: Full-time

Farm Fresh To You, the West's leading farm-to-door delivery service, is seeking high-energy, growth-oriented individuals to join our Direct Sales Team as Farm Ambassadors. Nutrition and wellness advocates remind our communities that food doesn't grow on shelves.

This isn't your average sales job. It's an opportunity to learn a lifelong skillset, develop professionally, and be mentored by a team of high-performing peers. We're looking for candidates with a yes mindset, who take pride in their work, love a good challenge, and know that team culture is built by a team of passionate individuals who do their part each day to reach a collective goal.

Farm Fresh To You, powered by our family-run farm, Capay Organic, connects households directly to sustainable, organic farms throughout the West. Since 1992, we've made it our mission to revolutionize the way people eat-one doorstep at a time.

Our direct sales team is the heartbeat of that mission. We meet people face-to-face, share our passion, and help them take that first step toward better food and a better future.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Farm Fresh To You Ambassador, you'll:

  • Engage with members of your community through door-to-door sales and local events
  • Educate and inspire people about sustainable agriculture and healthy living
  • Build meaningful customer relationships and represent a brand with deep roots in Organic farming's legacy
  • Develop a rock-solid sales foundation and grow your income through performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time availability (we do not offer introductory part-time roles)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Coachability and a strong desire to grow
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Comfortable with walking, standing, and working outdoors for several hours


BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in sales, outreach, education, or wellness
  • A 4-year degree or professional certification
  • Familiarity with food systems, sustainability, or nutrition
