Job description
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of the plant
- Oversee and thoroughly train new employees in plant operations and plant safety
- Manage personnel placed under your supervision
- Comply with and ensure all Fieldale Farms policies are followed
- Complete required daily paperwork (Daily Production workbook in Excel)
- Submit employee vacation forms
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the plant manager
- Complete Supervisor and safety training
Requirements:
- Able to work days or nights with flexibility
- MS office, excel, word and outlook skills desired
- unrestricted physical activities
- Maintenance background is a plus
- Effective written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills desired
- Valid state issued drivers license and reliable transportation
