Who We Are: Founded in 1902, we have grown to meet the expanding financial needs of the communities we serve. Recognized both regionally and nationally for our exceptional client experience, we are an industry leader—embracing technology and continuously adding new products to best serve our clients.

Why Work at Fidelity? For over a decade, Fidelity Bank has been ranked among the area’s top banks by local and national publications. We've also been recognized as one of the best places to work. A core part of our vision is to be the best bank for the community. In 2025, our bankers contributed more than 6,200 hours of volunteer service and helped donate over $1.6 million to nonprofit organizations across our markets. We're looking to hire top talent to join us in serving our community partners.

Fidelity Bank is seeking a BSA/AML Compliance Analyst to support the Bank’s compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and related regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring and investigating suspicious activity alerts, reviewing currency transaction reports, conducting due diligence on high-risk accounts, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The analyst will support timely Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) alert management, help enhance the effectiveness of the FCRM system, strengthen suspicious activity monitoring, improve documentation quality, and assist in reducing manual processes to support a scalable and risk-based compliance program. The analyst will also assist with audits and regulatory examinations. Strong attention to detail, investigative skills, and proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office are essential, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience and specialized compliance training.
