Position Summary

The Construction Manager position requires a detail-oriented, result-driven professional with retail construction management experience, preferably having worked with national retailers and successfully completed land development projects. The ideal candidate will possess high integrity and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment specializing in fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Retail Tenant Work Letters and Leases
• Design/Value Engineering
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Budget Management
• Inter-company communication with Leasing, Legal, Property Management, and Stakeholders
• Civil, A&E and General Contractor Management
• Schedule and Critical Dates Management
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Pay Application & Change Order Review
• Loan Draw Review
• Project Reporting and Closeout

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university (Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Skills & Key Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; deadline driven.
• Ability to read and interpret Construction Drawings/Documents.
• Proficiency with common office software, including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
