We're looking for an energetic, experienced Plant Manager to lead our dynamic pallet logistics facility. At our plant, you'll not just manage-you'll inspire and innovate, directly impacting profitability, safety, and quality.

What We're Looking For:
  • A proven leader with 7-10 years in manufacturing or plant operations, including 3-5 years managing teams.
  • Financially savvy, experienced in managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Excellent communicator who motivates diverse teams effectively.
  • Strategic problem solver, continuously optimizing processes and performance.
  • Proficient with business management software and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Adaptable and committed, willing to flex hours to achieve production goals.
