StartingPay: $20.50
WageRange: $18.82 - $28.74
Positionis located in Newport, OR with the need at times to support our locations in LincolnCity, OR. This is not a remote position.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Provide members withservice for a variety of paying and receiving transactions. Provide prompt,courteous, and friendly service. Able to answer basic member questions relatedto all phases of the Credit Union. May perform vault duties at some service centerlocations.
Perform paying andreceiving transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, andmiscellaneous transactions.
Assist members withpayroll transactions, stop payments, address changes, statement copies, wiretransfers, and removing and/or adding flags.
Cross sell Credit Unionservices as opportunities arise.
Balance assigned tellercash daily according to policy.
Cross train in otherareas of the teller department where needed.
Assist members withonline banking needs including manual registration, password reset, unlockusers, and add/remove linked accounts.
Submit loan applicationinformation for members to Consumer Lending.
Process skip paymentrequests.
Perform IRAwithdrawals.
Open new share accountsincluding sub accounts, certificates, and checking accounts.
Instant issue cards tomembers.
Complete tickets inMember Services queue.
Establish membershipfor new members.
Remove signers frompersonal accounts.
Complete name changeson accounts.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Provide exceptional member service in a friendly andefficient manner
Outstanding communication skills
Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required
Recent cash handling skills preferred
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift20 pounds and carry a cash drawer. Ability to stand for extended periods asrequired.
