Hours: Monday - Saturday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM

Pay: $18 per hour
Job Description:
As a Shop Helper, you will support craftsmen with various tasks, ensuring that productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently upheld.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting skilled craftsmen with daily tasks and assignments.
- Maintaining the company's productivity and quality standards through consistent performance.
- Upholding 5S requirements and contributing to project efficiency.
- Safely operating overhead cranes, power tools, and other shop equipment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Basic experience in a fabrication shop.
- Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools.
- Basic reading and writing skills for shop communications.
- Proficiency in using a tape measure and reading shop drawings.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
