Box Header Welder

Pay: $24-$30/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM or 5:00 PM-3:30 AM
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
Location: Claremore, OK

Weld Test Requirements:

• 2G plate test on a 1" single bevel plate
• 3/16" open root with straight hardwire 0.45 MIG for fill and cap with flux

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up welding equipment to ensure clean, spatter-free welds
• Perform MIG and flux core welding on carbon steel
• Troubleshoot welding equipment to resolve issues promptly
• Use fabrication tools such as saws and grinders with precision
• Work efficiently with welding fixtures to meet production requirements
• Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Box Header Welder specializing in GMAW and FCAW
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in MIG and flux core welding techniques
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting welding equipment
• Skilled in using fabrication tools like saws and grinders
• Detail-oriented and dependable in following production schedules
