The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

• A genuine enthusiasm for natural wine and a desire to continually expand their knowledge
• A commitment to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests
• Interest in a cross server / bartender role
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a server, a bartender or sommelier in a thoughtful restaurant setting
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Being self driven, able to multitask and self manage with an attention to detail
• Able to maintain a professional, yet welcoming and friendly demeanor at all times
• Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback constructively
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Must provide 2 professional references
• Additional experience as a manager, sommelier or host is a plus
