What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual one-on-one consultations with federal employees.
• Evaluate retirement, protection, and income planning needs.

• Follow FESA's proven sales process to achieve consistent production goals.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain before training)
• Ability to obtain Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage
• Professional home office with reliable high-speed internet
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
