Who We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active Life Insurance License
• Proven sales performance in life insurance and/or annuities
• Experience presenting retirement concepts, rollovers, and income strategies
• Strong closing ability and consultative approach
• Self‐motivated, accountable, and coachable

Preferred:

• Experience with federal employees (FERS, TSP, FEGLI)
• Prior annuity rollover experience
• Comfort with seminars and workshop environments

• Conduct retirement reviews and benefit analyses
• Present life insurance and annuity solutions

• Build and manage your book of business
