  • Model the biblical character of a mature believer(John 15; Galatians 5; Titus 2)
  • Support the leadership of a Pastor Led, Deacon Served, Staff Equipped, Committee Supported, and Congregation Affirmed Church
  • Uphold the unity of the church in the bonds of peace (Ephesians 4:3)
  • Strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills
  • A heart for shepherding children and partnering with parents
  • Experience in volunteer recruitment and team development
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple ministries
  • Familiarity with children’s curriculum and ministry software preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Description
  • Prepare and implement Sunday morning preschoolcurriculum and activities
  • Organize all necessary supplies and materials in advance
  • Plan and execute annual outreachessuch as Parent/Child Commitment, Promotion Sunday, and Vacation Bible School
  • Oversee Wednesday night Awana program during the school year, including curriculum, awards, and volunteer team
  • Plan and lead Wednesday night summer activities for preschool-aged children
  • Schedule and provide childcare for church outreachesas needed
  • Manage group and outreachdata using Ministry Platform
  • Provide regular volunteer appreciation and leadership training
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming ministry environment
  • Execute special assignments from the Senior Pastor
