About the Role: Fat Bagels is a locally owned breakfast/lunch concept specializing in New York-style kettle-boiled bagels, coffee, and drive-thru service. Were looking for a dependable, hands-on Shift Manager to help lead daily operations and support the team during fast-paced shifts.
This is a working management roleyoull lead by example while helping keep service running smoothly.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and support the team during daily operations
- Ensure strong guest service in the dining room and drive-thru
- Help manage shift flow, breaks, and positioning
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and prep levels
- Handle guest concerns professionally and calmly
- Assist with opening/closing duties, deposits, and end-of-day procedures
- Support training and development of crew members
