Job description

POSITION: Tray Assembler LOCATION/DEPARTMENT: PFANS, Ann Arbor, MI, 48109 COMPENSATION: $18.00 Hourly SHIFTS/HOURS: Thursday 6:00am-1:30pm Friday-Monday 6:30am-3:00pm Office Number: Call us at 517-855-2020 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assembling Food on tray per specific nutritional guidelines.
  • Cleaning dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Utilizes protective gear in all appropriate functions
  • Operate dish washing equipment
  • Distribute and store clean pots, dishes and utensils
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Empty trash containers as required
  • Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
