We are actively seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our dynamic logistics team as Logistics Couriers, with specialized growth opportunities for Security Couriers focused on high-value asset transport. These roles are critical to our operations, ensuring the secure, timely, and reliable delivery and pickup of documents and packages across the Southern California regions, including San Diego, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.

Successful candidates will uphold stringent chain of custody protocols, maintain meticulous tracking, and provide exceptional customer service at every interaction point. 

Initially, these positions require the use of a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement provided at a rate significantly exceeding IRS standards. (A dedicated fleet of company vehicles is projected for deployment in the Southern California region by the end of August, at which point transition to company vehicles will occur).

Opportunities for advancement into specialized security roles are available based on performance and interest. In addition to general courier duties, our Security Courier roles involve specialized, high-security deliveries of valuable assets, offering increased compensation and requiring a heightened commitment to security protocols and accountability.
Couriers operate within a structured day-shift schedule, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, which includes a dedicated one-hour lunch period. The position operates under the supervision of the logistics manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up documents and packages promptly
• Maintain accurate chain of custody for secure deliveries
• Track mileage and report for reimbursement purposes
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions
• Plan and navigate efficient delivery routes (simplified by using our app)
• Drive safely and adhere to all traffic regulations
• Use personal vehicle for deliveries and maintain it properly
• Perform specialized secure courier deliveries when and if assigned (only if hired to do so)
• Communicate effectively with logistics management and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in courier or delivery services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong time management skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Attention to detail
