General DutiesProvides support to manufacturing plant for all maintenance issues under the supervision of Director of MaintenanceAll Employees are responsible for:Following all Food Safety, SQF and Safety rulesReporting any deficiencies to department SupervisorsKeeping all work areas clean at all timesMaintenance Engineer is responsible to:Maintain, repair and support all equipmentRebuild machines as neededInstall replacement parts as neededPerform PM maintenance as directed by Director of Maintenance.Physical Abilities RequiredLifting up to 60 lbs.Constant standing and walkingOccasional pushing and pullingExposure to cool temperatures, approximately 40F degreesNoise Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds or a pitch of level sufficient to cause marked distraction
