What You'll Do

As an Event Coordinator at Farmhouse Catering, you'll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing events from start to finish.
• Managing event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination when necessary.
• Communicating effectively with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring all events align with Farmhouse Catering's high standards of quality and service.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to lift at least 35 lbs as part of event setup and teardown.
• At least 18 years of age to drive the company vehicles.
• A valid driver's license to travel to and from event locations.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset to handle the unexpected with ease.
