Job Description

Responsibilities: Contact Commercial and individual prospects to collect quote information Set Appointments for agency personnel to conduct sales presentations Schedule Farmer's Friendly Policy Review's Update current customer Information Identify cross-sell opportunities within Agency book of business Proficiency in relevant computer applications Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Have excellent organizational skills Qualifications Candidate should be self-motivated and driven, reliable and have a positive attitude Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs Strong computer skills Must have the ability to multi-task Strong organizational skills Property and Casualty/Life and Health licenses with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred (unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain licenses may also be considered) Previous sales experience is a plus. Insurance experience preferred but not necessary with a proven sales background
