Summary of Insurance Agent- Insurance Sales Manager;
Take advantage of this business opportunity to join our team and become and Insurance Agent yourself! As an Insurance Agent you'll be in business for yourself, but not by yourself, as Farmers will provide you with the training and financial support for your first three years as an Agent. You will learn sales, marketing and customer service strategies as well as our list of products and services-ensuring your success in every facet of your business. Qualifications
Requirements:
As an Insurance Agent, you must have strong organizational and time-management skills as well as exceptional interpersonal communication abilities. We are seeking individuals from any background who are willing to work hard and commit themselves to success of this industry; however, experience in sales, marketing and/or customers service is very beneficial.
Additional requirements of the Insurance Agent include:
College Experience, a plus
A good credit history- no chapter 11 or 13 bankruptcies within last 12 months. No chapter 7 bankruptcies within the past three years.
A favorable criminal record.
