As part of our continued growth, we’re hiring an experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to help us close deals from a consistent pipeline of motivated, inbound leads.

We invest heavily in marketing so you can focus on what you do best—closing deals. Every lead you work will be pre-qualified and motivated, coming directly from sellers who found us through our nationwide Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warm, inbound leads from first contact to signed purchase agreement.
• Analyze properties using market comps, ARV, rehab estimates, and MAO formulas.
• Build rapport with sellers to understand their motivation and needs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable acquisitions.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Log activity and follow-up tasks in our CRM system (Podio).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction process.

✅ Ideal Candidate Has:

• 2+ years of real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing deals and hitting performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles (ARV, MAO, ROI, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience (Podio, Salesforce, etc.) and basic tech proficiency.
• Highly organized and self-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
• Real estate license is a plus, but not required.
