Family First Health is seeking a Communications and Development Assistant for a part-time position at our George Street office. This entry level position will be approximately 24 hours/week.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Part-Time Communications and Development Assistant supports communication, marketing, development, andย community outreach initiatives. The position works collaboratively across departments and with community partners toย strengthen engagement efforts and advance the health centerโs mission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
โข Facilitate marketing collateral material assessment and provide recommendations for future marketing pieces.
โข Organize and create a library of marketing assets and collateral materials.
โข Assist with event planning and logistics, including preparing materials, coordinating staffing, coordinating withย
community partners, and follow-up.
โข Research past and current donors, and prospective supporters to identify engagement and philanthropic trends.
โข Assist with donor database cleanup and organization and development of supporter, advocate, donor, and prospectย
pipeline.
โข Monitor analytics and track outcomes for various activities including donor engagement, marketing activities, andย
events.
โข Utilize computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, or process information.
โข Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive/private data.
โข Adhere to Family First Health policies and procedures while completing tasks.ย
โข Perform all other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
โข Knowledge of computer software applications (Microsoft Office Applications, others) and ability to operate generalย
office equipment
