Family Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular client sessions to assess their progress, stability, and treatment needs, discussing discharge planning when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they remain client-centered and goal-oriented.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation including progress notes for each client, adhering to organizational policies and best practices for confidentiality and compliance.
• Carry out intake assessments to evaluate new clients, establishing their needs and determining the best course of treatment.
• Participate in weekly individual supervision sessions to reflect on your work and seek guidance, fostering continuous professional growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to offer comprehensive support to clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse clientele within the outpatient community, focusing on individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues. Our client population includes a mix of adults, children, and families, requiring tailored therapeutic approaches. Your role as an LPC will significantly impact their well-being, providing crucial support as they navigate their mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficient computer skills, with familiarity in software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, showcasing a strong therapeutic skill set.
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced outpatient setting, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple client needs effectively. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is preferable, given the remote nature of this position. Additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic modalities will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Family Care LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to our organization. We operate under a fee-for-service model, ensuring that clinicians are compensated promptly without the delay of wait times for reimbursement. Benefits include:
