Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurately diagnose mental health conditions, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s unique circumstances.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via a remote platform, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans, adapting interventions based on ongoing assessment and client feedback to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting all interactions and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care that aligns with each client’s treatment goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required for this position.

• At least two years of experience providing therapy in outpatient settings is essential.
