Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

Handle inbound leads and outbound sales activity

Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, life, and specialty insurance products

Build complete household protection through cross-selling and relationship building

Generate referrals and long-term client relationships

Maintain strong activity levels, pipeline management, and follow-up discipline

Consistently work toward monthly production goals

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and sales tracking

Participate in training, coaching, accountability meetings, and call reviews

Follow agency sales systems, workflows, and quality standards

Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism

This is a KPI-driven sales environment focused on production, retention, complete household protection, and long-term client value.


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license required- This is a in office position- **Assessment must be completed to be considered

Active Life & Health insurance license required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

Previous Insurance Sales Experience Required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable handling both outbound and inbound sales activity
