About the Role

FTS FASHION, INC. is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive company sales and grow our wholesale/showroom client base in the Los Angeles area. We're open to both an in-house (W-2) sales rep and an independent/freelance commission-based rep — let us know which arrangement fits you when you apply.

Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and develop new wholesale accounts and buyer relationships

- Manage and grow an existing book of retail/wholesale clients

- Present seasonal collections and line sheets to buyers, both in showroom and on the road

- Negotiate orders, track sales performance, and meet or exceed sales targets

- Build long-term relationships with retailers, boutiques, and department stores

- Coordinate with the design and production teams on order fulfillment and delivery timelines

- Stay current on fashion trends, competitor lines, and market conditions

Qualifications

- 3+ years of sales experience in the fashion/apparel industry (wholesale or showroom experience strongly preferred)

- Existing network of retail buyer contacts is a plus

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team

- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA

- Open to both full-time in-house reps and independent/freelance sales reps
