Description
This position provides administrative support for the FS Compression Rental business. This position requires multi-tasking and timely completion of tasks in coordination and collaboration. Position primarily oversees the equipment rental process and customer interactions. Position also handles rental invoicing and tracking / reporting of key metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedules rental deliveries and pick-ups with customers and sales personnel.
- Daily communication with On-Site Rental Support Technician ensuring customer project deadlines are being achieved and any required schedule adjustments.
- Supports sales team customer relationships through coordination of pricing, RFQ’s, rental contracts, deliveries, equipment purchases and disposals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Computer skills required: Working knowledge of the latest Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
