You’ll be trained to pick up on subtle cues, plus given tools and resources to
create a solution for our customers. Every single one of us works for our

Be the face of our company and set the tone for thousands of current
and potential customers as you sell industry-leading products and services.
Requirements
● Engage customers and welcome them to the Total By Verizon family.

● Explore and Discover, ask questions to determine the individual customer’s needs.
● Offer solutions, so customers can stay connected to what matters most to them. Be
a problem solver.
● Manage returns and exchanges of merchandise.
● Stay updated on new products and services. Be an Expert and Guide the sale.
● Build long term relationships with customers and stay connected.
● Work to meet all established sales goals and targets.
● Help create a welcoming environment, by ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Pay Rate
- $18 - $22/hour all in (including hourly, commission)
