Duties

• Assist in supervising daily store operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and policies
• Support onboarding, and training new team members to promote a knowledgeable and customer-focused staff
• Lead sales initiatives by engaging customers with wireless products and services, utilizing strong negotiation skills to maximize revenue
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain an attractive and organized store environment
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity
• Supervise shift management, ensuring efficient scheduling, customer service excellence, and adherence to safety protocols
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, employee orientation, and leadership development
