FLINT serves dinner daily, plus a weekday and all-day Sunday happy hour inside an elegant, indoor-outdoor space in the heart of Phoenix's Biltmore area. 'Upstairs at FLINT' is an open-air rooftop cocktail lounge open daily, boasting sweeping city and mountain views of Phoenix's Biltmore neighborhood. Pairing chef-crafted bites and premium cocktails, it's the perfect spot to unwind with friends and soak in those postcard-perfect Arizona sunsets or host a private cocktail reception under the stars. Seating is first-come, first-served and due to seating capacities, a waitlist may be available.What We Expect:Fun.Hospitable.Hard-working.Ability to handle high volume at the bar while maintaining the highest level of service and quality cocktails.Strong liquor, cocktail and wine knowledge.High understanding of fine-dining service.Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift.Ability to keep up with business needs within the restaurant.Team Player.Positive attitude.Support the service team to ensure guest needs/requirements are met in a timely manner.Detail-oriented.Walk with graceful efficiency through the bar & dining room to assist with service demands.Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays.Ideal Candidate Will Have:A minimum of 3 years as a bartender in a fine-dining environment. High volume bar is also ideal.Strong customer service skills.High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree.Must be detail oriented.Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.Punctual, regular and reliable attendance.Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to occasionally stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or kneel.
