FirstLink delivers functional testing, preventative maintenance, and support for safes, safe deposit boxes, alarms, cameras and banking security equipment. This is a hands-on, independent field role requiring daily travel to client locations throughout the Orlando and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Travel to scheduled customer sites throughout area
- Perform functional testing and preventative maintenance on banking and retail security equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues on-site
- Accurately document completed work
- Maintain professional communication with clients and branch personnel

Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Professional communication and time management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area
Experience:
- Field service: 1 year (Preferred)
