About the team:

Be part of a team of Solution Consultants that Lead with expertise by bringing a consultative approach to better serve prospects and customers. Collaborate with Sales and commercial teams, product management and operational teams to drive growth and innovation.

What you will be doing:

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand current-state operations, business challenges, and transformation goals.
• Configure and deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Design and present innovative Treasury solutions aligned with client business objectives and desired outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, treasury organizations, finance teams, and technology leaders throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop responses to RFPs, RFIs, and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence future enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.
• Support strategic client engagements, industry conferences, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, treasury organizations, finance teams, and technology leaders throughout the sales cycle.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management or a related field.
• Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) solutions.
• Strong understanding of treasury operating models, banking connectivity, and corporate payment ecosystems.
• Added bonus if you have:
  • Experience with FIS Treasury solutions, including Integrity or other leading Treasury Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems, corporate banking platforms, or ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise applications.

• The pay range for this full-time position is $116,730.00 - $198,430.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
• Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
