Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where you'll operate multiple machines, ensure product quality, and keep production running efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust multiple production machines
• Thread and restart equipment during material changeovers and breaks
• Perform quality inspections and measurements using calipers and testing equipment
• Complete production, quality, and scrap documentation
• Package, label, and prepare finished product for shipment
• Maintain material flow by replacing spools and managing inventory
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make process adjustments as needed
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safety-focused
• Communicate effectively with team members during shift handoffs
• Support production goals and assist in other areas as needed

 What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or manufacturing coursework is a plus
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, mechanical, or technical experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to accurately perform measurements and basic math calculations
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
• Team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement initiatives
