Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where you'll operate multiple machines, ensure product quality, and keep production running efficiently and safely.
What You'll Do:- Operate, monitor, and adjust multiple production machines
- Thread and restart equipment during material changeovers and breaks
- Perform quality inspections and measurements using calipers and testing equipment
- Complete production, quality, and scrap documentation
- Package, label, and prepare finished product for shipment
- Maintain material flow by replacing spools and managing inventory
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make process adjustments as needed
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safety-focused
- Communicate effectively with team members during shift handoffs
- Support production goals and assist in other areas as needed
What We're Looking For:- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or manufacturing coursework is a plus
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, mechanical, or technical experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to accurately perform measurements and basic math calculations
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
