Senior Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of technology initiatives across the Investment, Tax, Legal, and Treasury organizations within one of our largest enterprise clients. This individual will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and drive successful delivery across a variety of projects, including enterprise integrations, technology assessments, and remediation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document business, functional, and integration requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state business and technology solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Partner with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to support both new system integrations and enhancements to legacy applications.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution reviews, and UAT activities.
• Conduct impact assessments, identify dependencies and risks, and support technology review and remediation efforts.
• Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and integration requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise integration projects, including APIs, data mapping, and cross-system workflows.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, user story development, backlog refinement, and requirements traceability.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Investment, Tax, Treasury, or Legal business functions.
• Experience working on technology modernization or remediation initiatives.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
