Part-Time Front Desk & Customer Service Associate – Dog Lovers Welcome

Love dogs and enjoy helping people? Join Bowie Barker as a Front Desk & Customer Service Associate.

You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our dogs and their people, helps guests choose the right services, and keeps each day running smoothly. This is an active, social role for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys working as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

Welcome dogs and pet parents

Check guests in and out

Answer calls and respond to customer questions

Schedule and update appointments

Explain and recommend services, memberships, and retail products

Process payments accurately

Keep the front desk and customer areas organized

Communicate with groomers and other team members throughout the day

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

Have weekend availability from Friday through Sunday (must be available Sundays)

Are warm, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers

Genuinely enjoy being around dogs of different sizes and personalities

Are dependable and arrive ready to work

Stay calm and organized in a busy environment

Can confidently recommend services and products

Are comfortable using scheduling and point-of-sale technology

Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
