Families First is seeking motivated individuals to join our Oral Health team as a Supervisor, dedicated to promoting quality care and supporting community health.
Position: Oral Health Office Supervisor
Location: Riverton
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Days)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage services for high-quality patient care and an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement regional and company goals.
  • Develop and execute clinic-specific goals in line with the organization's direction.
  • Implement strategies to enhance patient care, clinical protocols, and outcomes.
  • Lead and manage clinic staff to promote a collaborative, compliant work environment.
  • Effectively manage the budget for resource optimization and financial sustainability.
  • Ensure full provider coverage to meet patient demand and maintain service capacity.

Qualifications:
  • Previous oral health experience required
  • Orthodontic experience preferred
  • Professional verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, parents, doctors, and team members
