### Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping clients find the right solutions for their homes and businesses.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, conducting consultations, preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to project completion.

### Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional manner

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions

- Generate and follow up on leads

- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation

- Coordinate with the design, delivery, and assembly teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations

- Represent the company and brand with professionalism and integrity

### Qualifications

- Previous sales experience is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

- Ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Experience in furniture, interior design, cabinetry, remodeling, or related industries is a plus
