Inside Sales Representative - FASTSIGNS Charlotte / South Charlotte

Are you energized by helping people solve problems? Looking for a sales role with structure, training, and real variety - where every project is different?
FASTSIGNS is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and online inquiries. You'll guide customers from initial conversation to delivered sign, turning first-time buyers into long-term clients.
What You'll Do
  • Greet and consult with walk-in, phone, and internet prospects in a clean, professional retail center
  • Develop and present product and solution recommendations using the FASTSIGNS sales process
  • Build estimates and orders in our point-of-sale system; coordinate production, pickup, delivery, and installation
  • Manage pre-order collections and basic AR follow-up on your accounts
  • Support marketing activities (database outreach, mailings) and routine administrative tasks
  • Build long-term relationships with repeat and referral customers
What We're Looking For
  • High-energy, outgoing, reliable, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong listener and organizer; clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable learning new products, software, and a structured sales process
  • Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Graphic design experience is a plus, not required
