Resource Management Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant authorities and safety regulations for virtual environments, with a focus on child safety and well-being.

Education Management Responsibilities:
  • Establish curriculum guidelines in collaboration with administrators and the youth committee.

  • Develop and manage activities that demonstrate progress for families and students as alternatives to traditional exams.

  • Chair and manage internal committees to ensure academic goals are met.

  • Ensure that accreditation procedures and standards are followed.

  • Oversee the development of extracurricular activities within the online environment.

  • Set educational standards and goals for families and students.

  • Maintain up-to-date records, including progress tracking, retention statistics, and family development.

Event Planning and Engagement Responsibilities:
Plan and organize engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and events for families and students, always considering the emotional, social, and educational needs of children and their caregivers:
  • Prenatal: Workshops and support groups for expecting families.

  • Birth to Kindergarten: Activities supporting early childhood development and caregiver engagement.

  • Kindergarten to 6th Grade: Interactive learning events, webinars, and workshops for primary education.

  • 6th Grade to 8th Grade: Programs focused on middle school development and academic growth.

  • 8th Grade to High School Graduation: College preparation, career readiness, and senior-year programming.
