  • Coordinate procurement of critical materials and equipment to support project schedules.
  • Lead project meetings including progress, owner/architect/contractor (OAC), and internal project reviews.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules in partnership with the Project Superintendent.

  • Identify potential schedule impacts and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage RFIs, change requests, subcontractor pricing, owner approvals, and project documentation.
  • Manage subcontractor and owner pay applications.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, margins, and overall financial performance.
  • Identify and actively manage project and subcontractor risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation related to schedule, budget, safety, quality, scope, and contractual decisions.
  • Lead project closeout including punch lists, financial closeout, subcontracts, warranties, and turnover documentation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure project teams maintain high standards for safety, quality, and accountability.

  • Ability to identify project risks and proactively drive solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with owners, designers, subcontractors, field leadership, and project teams.
  • Proficiency with construction project management, scheduling, and accounting software.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent relevant construction experience will also be considered.
